US company files 337 investigation application against DJI drones and their components

According to the Ministry of Commerce, on August 30th, Autel Robotics, a US company, filed an application with the International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the US Tariff Act of 1930, accusing Shenzhen DJI Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies of infringing on their patent rights by exporting, importing or selling unmanned aerial vehicles and components (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Components There) to the United States. The company requested ITC to initiate a 337 investigation and issue limited exclusion and prohibition orders.
